Grant Opportunities

The RADx® Underserved Populations (RADx-UP) Coordination and Data Collection Center (CDCC) managed two grant programs to expand testing in communities hardest hit by the pandemic. The application window for both programs has passed.

The Rapid Research Pilot Program provided $200,000 in direct costs to implement a one-year clinical research study to evaluate, in real-time, a testing method or strategy related to specific populations, areas, and real-world settings. Learn more about the organizations and efforts funded through this unique program.

The Community Collaboration Mini-Grant Program is a $50,000 grant that supports the education and outreach of community organizations and their efforts to increase access and uptake of COVID-19 testing in their communities. Learn more about the 69 projects that received this funding.

Awardees of these grants are encouraged to develop and strengthen partnerships within the communities they seek to serve.
